Associate Veterinarian – Little Rock, Arkansas
Shackleford Road Veterinary Clinic is seeking a motivated associate veterinarian with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to serve the local community by practicing high quality and compassionate medicine. We are a fast paced and rapidly growing veterinary hospital located in West Little Rock, Arkansas. In May 2018, we moved all operations to our newly constructed state of the art hospital. This along with our utilization of the last technology, which includes: digital radiography (DR system using low dose radiation exposure), ultrasound, full in-house laboratory, endoscope, surgical laser, and cold laser therapy, allows our doctors and staff to provide top-tier patient care.

The ideal associate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to build lasting relationships with our employees, clients, and the community. He/She must be committed to client education and patient care. Associates will experience varying levels of cases, from preventative care to emergency procedures. Our efficient practice model stresses high quality medicine and surgery in our full-service facility. We offer the ability to perform advanced surgery (both soft tissue and orthopedic.)
Our associates will have the support of exceptionally trained veterinary technicians, kennel technicians, and client service representatives. Regular staff meetings, announcements, and team training occurs to help further and grow the bond and success of our practice.
We offer flexible scheduling with rotating weekends that allow our associates to enjoy a healthy work life balance. Our generous compensation package includes PTO, professional liability coverage, DEA registration, state licensing fees, association dues- up to three veterinary organizations, 401k with immediately vested employer match, and negotiable relocation expense package. Continuing education is supported and required. All associates will receive a stipend for continuing education to help further our value for best medicine.
Salary: TBD based on experience and production available. We are looking for a full-time associate, but part-time associates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time will be considered.
